President
Hance called the meeting to order.
Additions
to the Agenda: Depot as a possible venue, quonset hut.
Scheduling
summer and fall productions.
"It's
a Wonderful Life" directed by Bert Pezzarossi, Assistant ------, possible
Park Place venue.
November
30th - December 2nd, 2012.
"Phantom
of the Opry" directed by Hannah Nash, Assistant Katie Keith, Assistant Tim
Miles, Producer Sue Miles.
August
17th - 19th, 2012.
Discussion
of Season Tickets.
Katie's
husband will research website design, cookie cutter web design firms, and other
options. We will report the findings back to the membership present.
