Annual Membership Meeting Minutes

Barn Players Annual Membership Meeting
Tuesday, May 8th, 2012

Attendance:  Gary Tyler, Teresa Foley, Amorette Allison, Aggie Price, Carol Hudson, Denise Hartse, Sue Miles, Tim Miles, Zach Miles, Jerry Austill, Katie Keith, Bert Pezzarossi, Dan Hance, Hannah Nash, Candee Nelson.

President Hance called the meeting to order.
Additions to the Agenda: Depot as a possible venue, quonset hut.

Scheduling summer and fall productions. 

"It's a Wonderful Life" directed by Bert Pezzarossi, Assistant ------, possible Park Place venue.
November 30th - December 2nd, 2012.

"Phantom of the Opry" directed by Hannah Nash, Assistant Katie Keith, Assistant Tim Miles, Producer Sue Miles.
August 17th - 19th, 2012.

Discussion of Season Tickets.
Katie's husband will research website design, cookie cutter web design firms, and other options. We will report the findings back to the membership present.

Election of Officers:
Dan Hance (President), no contest. Elected.
Tim Miles (Vice President), no contest. Elected.
Hannah Nash (Secretary/Treasurer), no contest. Elected.
Amorette Allison (Member), no contest. Elected.
Jerry Austill (Member), no contest. Elected.

Tabling discussion of Children's Production for next meeting.
Minutes to be posted on Blog for review.
